The account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account, including bets, financial transactions, and any interactions with the Platform.

3.1 Access credentials

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Data updates

Users must keep their registration details up to date. Any change to an email address, phone number, or physical address must be reported to support with appropriate documentation. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing and important Platform communications.

Deposits made through third parties — that is, via bank accounts or cards held in someone else's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the amount and a fraud investigation. 7777vip applies automatic payment holder verification to all transactions.

Users may request a withdrawal of any available Account balance, provided that:

• The minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 30.00 is respected;
• The account's KYC process has been completed;
• There is no pending rollover requirement on an active bonus;
• The bank account or Pix key must be registered under the same CPF linked to the Account.

5.1 Processing Timeframes

The preferred withdrawal method at 7777vip is Pix, with an average processing time of 8 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times by Account level are:

• Verified standard account: up to 8 minutes via Pix;
• VIP Bronze and Silver: up to 5 minutes via Pix;
• VIP Gold: up to 3 minutes via Pix, priority queue;

TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. Credit card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days depending on the card issuer. 7777vip charges no withdrawal fees. 5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The default daily withdrawal limit is R$ 20,000.00. VIP Members have higher limits according to their level in the VIP Program. Weekly and monthly limits also apply and can be checked in the Withdrawals section of the account. Withdrawals above standard limits for large winners are processed within up to 72 hours upon additional verification.

• Every bonus has rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawing any amount derived from the bonus. The minimum rollover is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the offer;
• The standard deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the moment the bonus is activated. Bonuses that are unused or have an incomplete rollover at the end of the period are automatically cancelled;

7.2 Bet Cancellations and Odds Errors

7.3 Live betting and cash out

Live bets are settled based on the final result of the event, unless the market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "first half" or "next goal"). Cash out is an optional feature available for most live events, with the value calculated in real time. 7777vip may temporarily suspend cash out during VAR reviews, red cards, or other critical moments. Bets settled via partial or full cash out are considered closed and cannot be reversed.

7.4 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on it are refunded. If an event is postponed and not held within 48 hours of the originally scheduled date and time, bets are also refunded. For live bets on events that have already started, accepted bets are settled based on partial or full results, depending on the market type.
